As the Chinese New Year approaches, the winter air is filled with excitement and anticipation. For the SINOLIFT family, this time of year is not just about the upcoming holiday. It is a time to look back, to celebrate, and to rest. The year 2025 has been a remarkable journey for us. To mark this special occasion, SINOLIFT organized a grand Annual Meeting and Team Building event at the beautiful Jiulongshan Resort Hotel in Zhejiang Province.
This event was more than just a party. It was a celebration of our hard work. It was a testament to our team spirit. It was a promise to keep moving forward together as one big family.
A Year of Remarkable Growth
Before the festivities began, we took a moment to reflect on our achievements. 2025 was a year of challenges, but it was also a year of great victory. Both our domestic and international trade departments achieved outstanding results.
Thanks to the hard work of every employee, our sales figures saw a massive increase. Compared to last year, our sales grew by millions. This is a huge milestone for SINOLIFT. It proves that our sixteen years of dedication are paying off. Since our founding, we have focused on one thing: being the expert in logistics handling. We research, we manufacture, and we sell the best equipment to bridge the gap between internal and external logistics. Today, we see the fruits of that labor.
Our market share in China now exceeds 15%. But we did not stop there. Our forklifts and handling equipment are now used in over 80 countries around the world. From busy warehouses in Europe to industrial plants in Asia, the SINOLIFT brand is known for quality.
Gathering at Jiulongshan: A Perfect Setting
To celebrate these wins, the company decided to treat everyone to a special getaway. We traveled to the prestigious Jiulongshan Resort Hotel in Zhejiang. The location was perfect. It offered a stunning view of the ocean and a peaceful environment. It was a welcome change from our busy offices and factories in Shanghai and Wuxi.
The resort is surrounded by nature. The fresh air and the sound of the waves helped everyone relax immediately. It was the perfect place to leave the stress of work behind. Here, we were not just colleagues; we were friends and family enjoying a well-deserved break.
The Annual Meeting: Summaries and New Goals
The event kicked off with our formal Annual Meeting. The atmosphere was serious but optimistic. Every member of the SINOLIFT team had the chance to speak. We conducted a comprehensive work summary for the entire year of 2025.
Employees shared their stories. They talked about the difficulties they faced and how they solved them. It was inspiring to hear how different departments worked together. We discussed our seamless connection between internal and external logistics. We talked about how our products help our clients improve their efficiency.

Honoring Our Heroes: The Award Ceremony
A company is only as good as its people. At SINOLIFT, we believe in rewarding hard work. The highlight of the meeting was the award ceremony. The management prepared special honors for those who went above and beyond.
The Top Performance Awards:
We presented honorary certificates and rich cash bonuses to the employees with the best sales performance. These individuals showed incredible dedication. They opened new markets and strengthened relationships with our global distributors. Their success drives the company forward.
The Newcomer Progress Award:

One of the most interesting games was the "SINOLIFT Product Catalog Puzzle." This was not just a game; it was a test of professional knowledge. Teams had to assemble puzzles of our famous equipment. They pieced together images of our manual pallet trucks, stackers, and working platforms. They matched parts for our drum and roll handling equipment. It was fun to see sales staff and technical staff working together. It reinforced our knowledge of the vast product range we offer. The winners received fantastic prizes.
The Egg Holding Race:
Next was the "Egg Holding Race." This game was pure comedy. Employees had to carry an egg on a spoon or chopsticks while running a relay. It required balance, patience, and teamwork—skills we use in our work every day, but applied in a hilarious way. Laughter filled the conference hall as eggs dropped and people cheered for their teammates.
The Grand Finale: A Dance to Remember
The climax of the evening was the group performance. For weeks before the event, all members of the team had been rehearsing a special festive dance. When the music started, the entire SINOLIFT team moved in sync. The dance was energetic and full of joy. It symbolized our unity. It showed that when we move together, we can create something beautiful. Seeing the management and the staff dancing together was a powerful moment. It was the perfect way to end the annual meeting.
A Feast by the Sea
No celebration is complete without great food. After the meeting and games, we enjoyed a magnificent dinner. Since we were on an island resort, the menu featured a delicious seafood feast. We sat around large tables, enjoying fresh fish, shrimp, and local delicacies. The wine flowed, and so did the conversation. We toasted to our success and to the ISO9001 and CE-GS certifications that prove our quality. We sat on the terrace, feeling the cool sea breeze. It was a time to bond on a personal level, sharing stories about our lives outside of work.
Day Two: Hiking on Waipu Island
The next morning, the sun was shining. After a good night's sleep, the team gathered for an outdoor adventure. We took a trip to the nearby Waipu Island. This was a time for nature and reflection. We went hiking along the scenic trails of the island. The scenery was breathtaking. Green trees, blue sky, and the vast ocean surrounded us.
Hiking is a lot like our business. It requires stamina. Sometimes the path is steep. But when you have your team with you, you can reach the top. We helped each other climb the difficult parts of the path. We took photos together at the summit. This activity greatly improved our team cohesion. As the trip came to an end, we returned home with recharged energy. We felt ready for the Spring Festival break, and even more ready for the challenges of 2026.
