Thailand customer feedback: peanut hydraulic drum lifter

Half a month ago, our Thai customer received the peanut barrel tumbler that we sent to Thailand. This customized electric bucket tipper was put into production soon. We feel very proud when we see the pictures of the use sent by the customer. Because we witnessed the whole process of the drum handling equipment from drawing to final production and actual use.

Two days ago, Anna, the sales manager, received another e-mail from a customer in Thailand. The customer said that they need to order one more of these drum elevators, but that they have encountered some problems during the production process. He hoped that we could improve it. In response to several problems sent by the customer, Anna, the sales manager, immediately summarized them and discussed them with the engineers. For example: the chain equipped with the fixture is not long enough, the customer requested to lengthen it and bring an extra one for spare; the drive wheels occasionally slip on the ground of the customer's factory, requiring workers to assist in advancing, and need to be replaced with non-slip drive wheels; the customer wants the angle of the circle part to be larger; the elbow joints on the attachments don't need to be welded, and the customer will weld them by himself.

On the one hand, we apologize for the predicament our customer encountered. On the other hand, we are very grateful to our customers for giving us another opportunity to make technical improvements. SINOLIFT is lucky to have such a customer. He has given us his utmost trust and is willing to work with us again. We will work together to solve the problem and make sure to live up to the customer's trust. In the next production of the drum dumper, we will discuss every detail with our technical engineers again and again, and we are looking forward to the pictures sent by the customer when he receives the product.
