Often referred to as all-electric stacker cranes, they work by drawing electrical energy from a battery to power a motor, which enables lifting of the goods. The motor transfers the hydraulic pressure to push the hydraulic cylinders, thus enabling lifting and lowering of the goods.

The assembly process for an electric stacker involves the following steps:

1. Unpacking and inspection: Users should first check all components for damage or missing pieces before proceeding.

2. Base assembly: Users should attach wheels and a caster wheel to the preassembled base. The wheels need to be secured tightly while bolts should be used to fix the caster wheel to the base.

3. Mast assembly: The mast is the lifting mechanism, and the user must attach the main frame and support frame before installing the hydraulic cylinder, lift chain, and lift mechanism.

4. Fork assembly: Forks are then attached using bolts and adjusted to accommodate different pallet sizes.

5. Control panel assembly: Users should install the control panel to the mast, connect the battery and motor, and install a wiring harness to connect the control panel to the motor, battery, and sensors.

6. Battery installation: Users should install the battery into the compartment and connect it to the control panel.

7. Testing and inspection: After assembly, the stacker undergoes testing to ensure it functions correctly. Users should also inspect it for any issues or defects.

8. Operation and maintenance: With assembly and testing complete, users can operate the stacker to lift, move, and stack pallets safely and correctly by following guidelines in the operation and maintenance manual.
