Install Non-Standard Electric Reel Stacker for Customers

We provide our customers with the installation of non-standard electric reel stackers. These devices are designed to handle reels or spools of wire, cable or other materials in industrial settings and are powered by electricity. Unlike typical electric stackers, the non-standard electric reel stacker has specialized attachments that enable the handling and manipulation of reels.

Our reel stacker system features advanced control and operation technology that utilizes optical encoders, heavy-duty cylinders, and a steel structure. This technology ensures that the lifts maintain constant synchronization throughout the entire lifting and lowering movement, while accommodating customer-specified zero-height settings. The lift's specialized wheel suspension service allows for double or paired wheel movement, providing further customization options.

The lifts are joined together in a "c" shape to allow for easy vehicle access. An LCD screen displays each column's real-time lifting height, allowing for multiple settings to be easily adjusted. Additionally, adjustable lifting forks can accommodate a wide range of wheel sizes. Front spring-loaded rollers and rear pallet jacks make operating the lift easy and efficient.

By automating the lifting and positioning of reels, our non-standard electric reel stackers significantly reduce the risk of workplace injuries and improve productivity while reducing downtime.
