Custom-Engineered for Your Rolls
Each roll lifter is configured according to the roll weight, diameter, width, core size, loading height and production-line layout. Mandrel dimensions, mast height and chassis clearances can be adapted to the application.
Internal Core Gripping
The pneumatic expanding mandrel grips the roll from inside its core, leaving the outer surface unclamped. This is especially useful for rolls with delicate, clean or easily marked outer layers.
Electric Lifting with Controlled Positioning
The powered lifting system reduces physical effort when raising heavy rolls. Controlled movement helps the operator position the roll more accurately at the required loading or unloading height.
Powered 90° Roll Rotation
The powered rotating mechanism changes the roll between horizontal and vertical orientations. It supports production processes that receive, store or load rolls in different directions.
Precision Powered Side Shift
The powered side-shift function provides up to 50 mm of adjustment in each direction. It allows fine alignment with machine shafts without repeatedly repositioning the entire truck.
Stable Semi-Electric Design
Manual travel provides straightforward maneuvering around machinery, while the reinforced chassis and support legs improve stability during lifting and rotation. The reference configuration uses a 12V/85Ah maintenance-free lead-acid battery.
