1 Custom V Shaped Roller Platform
The V-shaped platform supports cylindrical loads from both sides and helps keep the roll centered during lifting and movement. Platform dimensions, roller spacing and roller material can be customized according to the roll diameter, length, surface material and loading direction.
Available lift heights typically range from approximately 0.85 m to 2.0 m. The final design is confirmed according to the required transfer height and the equipment interface at the customer's site.
2 Push Button Powered Lifting
The EPV uses electric push-button control for lifting and lowering, with an approximate lift speed of 5 cm/s. Powered lifting reduces physical effort and improves efficiency when rolls must be raised repeatedly during a shift.
A variable-speed lift controller can be supplied for applications that require more precise positioning. Travel remains manual, allowing the operator to guide the load directly through confined work areas.
3 Stable 400 kg Load Structure
A thickened steel frame, reinforced load chain and chrome-plated mast provide firm support and smooth vertical movement. The standard rated capacity is 400 kg, while the balanced lifting structure helps minimize sway and uneven loading.

4 Protected Power and Mobility System
The enclosed housing protects the high-torque lift motor, control system and battery from routine workplace contact. Precise start and stop control, overload protection and low-voltage protection support reliable daily lifting.
Durable polyurethane casters provide smooth manual movement, while fixed front wheels support directional stability. Rear swivel casters with foot brakes help the operator position and secure the stacker before lifting or lowering the load.
