Product Description:
The CDD20 Electric Adjustable Dual-Arm Stacker is a customized material handling solution designed for the transport, lifting, positioning, and production-line loading of rolls, reels, and other large cylindrical materials. Developed for applications where conventional stackers may not provide suitable support for cylindrical loads, the CDD20 integrates electric travel, electric-hydraulic lifting, independently powered arm adjustment, and V-shaped roll supports into one specialized machine.
The inner distance between the two support arms can be electrically adjusted from approximately 600 to 1600 mm, allowing the machine to accommodate different roll dimensions, support positions, and loading requirements. Each arm is powered by an independent motor for flexible positioning. The V-shaped supporting structure helps locate cylindrical loads securely and reduces the risk of rolls moving or rolling sideways during handling.
The dual arms can operate from a minimum height of approximately 270 mm to a maximum height of approximately 1900 mm, allowing the machine to perform both low-level pickup and elevated machine-loading operations. A heavy-duty C-channel mast of approximately 1.9 m combined with a dual-cylinder lifting system provides enhanced stability when lifting large and heavy rolls.
The CDD20 features electric travel and a lithium battery power system, together with multiple safety features including an emergency stop, mechanical limit protection, travel limit switches, electrical limit protection, a safety wire mesh guard, and a transparent PC protective panel.
As a non-standard customizable product, the CDD20 can be configured according to the customer's actual roll dimensions, load requirements, production equipment, loading height, and specific operating conditions.

1. 600–1600 mm Wide Electric Arm Adjustment
The inner distance between the two support arms can be electrically adjusted from approximately 600 to 1600 mm. This wide adjustment range enables the stacker to accommodate different roll sizes and support positions, providing significantly greater flexibility than a fixed-arm handling solution.
2. Independently Powered Dual Arms
Each support arm is driven by an independent motor and can be positioned according to the actual handling requirement. This independent adjustment system provides greater flexibility when working with different roll dimensions and production-line layouts. Keeping the arms properly positioned and symmetrical around the machine centerline helps maintain load stability during handling.

4. V-Shaped Supports for Cylindrical Loads
The support arms feature a V-shaped design specifically suited to rolls and cylindrical materials. The V-shaped supporting area helps locate the load and reduces the possibility of unwanted rolling or lateral movement during transportation and lifting.
5. Heavy-Duty C-Channel Mast and Dual Cylinders
The machine uses a heavy-duty C-channel mast combined with a dual-cylinder lifting structure. This configuration is designed for applications involving concentrated loads and wide arm spacing, helping improve lifting stability and load distribution when handling large rolls.

7. Electric Travel with Stepless Speed Control
The electric travel system provides 0–5 km/h stepless speed control, allowing the operator to adjust travel speed according to aisle conditions, load status, and the final loading position. This provides greater control when transporting heavy cylindrical materials around production areas.
8. Multiple Safety Features
The CDD20 incorporates an emergency stop, mechanical limit protection, travel limit switches, electrical limit protection, safety wire mesh guarding, and a transparent PC protective panel. The overall structure is also designed with stability under fully loaded lifting conditions in mind.
9. Non-Metallic Lift Guide Rollers
